With WikiJava you can enhance your CV with open source material, it will shine and you will get the job you desire.

To contribute you must be a registered user of WikiJava.

You can then choose your favorite subject and write an article.

You can create a tutorial or simply an example, generally the tutorial is more complete and contains more explanations than in an example. Remember anyway that wikijava can host your article even if it is not complete or still requires a revision. You can complete it in a second moment or someone else will complete or revise it. this is the power of a wiki.

Create your article on WikiJava using one of the available forms: for tutorial or for example.

Link your article in your personal page on WikiJava.

Write the link to your personal page on your CV.

The companies will be able to see your code and immediately see what you really are worth of. Giving you great chances for your career.

If you don't know what to write about just have a look at the code requests page it contains many suggestions about articles people needs.

Licensing

All the material on WikiJava is under the GFDL license, this means that anyone can use, copy, modify or distribute all the code. The material will always contain a reference to the source of the material with every and each copy.

This means that if you post an article on WikiJava your name will be always attached with it. If your article is good enough, you'll be famous.
